What it feels like inside the program

Studios, juries, and a cohort that keeps you accountable to ship.

Weekly build studios Founder hours

Every Friday you present builds to faculty and PoP mentors. Feedback is tactical: GTM experiments, pitch clarity, and evidence of customer pull.

Sprints culminate in juries. You rehearse your story, fix gaps, and step into the KIIT-TBI network for pilots and capital connects.

GTM reps Pitch drills Mentor juries Pilot connects
3-4 hrs/weekStudios + juries
1:6Mentor to pod ratio

Studios feel like founder therapy. You walk in with a messy idea and walk out with a sharper experiment and three intros.

Consumer Brand Sustainability

Mentors push you to run numbers, not just narratives. My family business finally has a real GTM and investor deck.
